How to maintain restful sleep



Keep a consistent sleep schedule every night


Achieve at least 7-8 hours of restful sleep every night


Avoid large meals, caffeine, or alcohol within 3 hours of bedtime


Remove electronics and light sources from the bedroom


Exercise during the day at least 150 minutes per week
